Forgot one of my subs, called the store and said I can get a free sub next time but requires me to call the store and tell them im "on the list" so we'll see if thats legit

One star for speedy make/delivery. Unfortunately my #1 Pepe came in disguise of some kind of roast beef sandwich. When i contacted the store I was placed on hold and eventually hung up on. Called again and they wouldn't answer or call back. Also, the oatmeal cookie was not provided as ordered.
