I ordered the #7 SPICY EAST COAST ITALIAN, the sandwich was wonderful as always but by the time I received it, most of toppings and meat had slid out of the bread. Can not say if it was just thrown together or happened in delivery, would bet delivery more than anything.

Ordered online only to find out that Jimmy John's did not have a driver today. I waited 45 minutes before calling and waited 5 minutes while the phone rang just to be told I'd been refunded and it'll be several days before I see it in my account. Employee DID try calling me but I'm at work. I expected an update from the Door Dash mobile app. Still haven't eaten and now I don't want to use Door Dash again.
