It is my opinion that whom ever cooks the breadfast is an asset to your company! My over medium eggs are always perfectly cooked! And the omlette and the hashbrowns are great as well.
This is why we order 3 times a week.

My sincere complement to the chef! I have been ordering over medium eggs and the are cooked perfect, just perfect. I used to order the vegi omelette and hubby orders the western omelette .we order 3 times a week. Always the food is cooked excelente.. our favorite was the bisquits and gravy nut due to our diets we have to give them up.. Jimmy's is the best in Amarillo;

Normally I love Jimmy's but today the eggs in both mine and. my daughters meals were extremely runny, the home fries undercooked and the ham really fatty. Basically everything was undercooked today.
