big love for the bbq dish with jeyuk and rice, and crispy assorted tempura. the avocado roll customized with cucumber is my go to for its smooth and crunchy texture. rice is cooked perfectly. quick and accurate service, great taste! my fav restaurant in fredericton :)

The BBQ Eel set was amazing... it melted in my mouth. Other rolls we ordered were also great, as well as the Tonkotsu Ramen (they deliver broth in separate containers, which is great, and nothing was spilled)

Love J's! Always love their sushi & noodles, I ordered the Salmon Sashimi (5pcs) not knowing how big the pieces were and they were super big and thick! Satisfied my craving for sure, everything was *chef's kiss!*

The Pork Barbeque is incredible!!! It's sweet and a little salty, and the pork is tender and delicious. We always get the Spicy Crab Roll (8pcs) too, it's a nice little side dish. Always yummy!
