nice big portion! the meat is tender, the fat melts in your mouth. the noodles have just the right chew. the broth was a little bland on its own, but with some added salt and a little chili oil, it's fantastic. would get again!

It was a very busy night and the young Asian gentlemen with glasses who was workinghr resgister and hosting the front of the house duties was so sweet and so patient with everyone. I got my food to go and was blown away by the quality and freshness of the food. We ordered the pan fried 7. Pan Fried Pork & Shrimp Dumplings (4) 开口锅贴 and the 36. Chicken Stewed Chow Mein 鸡肉炒面 and 40. Chicken Fried Rice 鸡炒饭.
All of the above were absolutely amazing and even get this....it was still amazing the following day. I highly recommend this place. Amazing

Everything was flavorful. I agree with reviews that the noodles are thicker than they need to be, but the 7. Pan Fried Pork & Shrimp Dumplings (4) 开口锅贴 were exceptional. I'd eat just those for dinner any time--I just wish they came with a dipping sauce or even soy to add to the chili. Also, I was never asked if I needed utensils and was lucky I had a spoon at the hotel--eating 12. Handmade Wonton Soup 荠菜鲜肉混沌 with chopsticks would have been challenging.

The chicken stewed chow mein was a bit bland.. there was extremely hard pieces of chicken as well. The mixed dumplings were okay but also had hard pieces of.. I think pork? The sauce that came with the dumplings was yummy though! Food came very hot and portions are good!

The ratings will not let me put a half star, so I am officially stating that I give my particular dining experience 4.5 stars. All of the items (handmade wonton soup, spicy chicken with 32. Spicy Chicken with Cumin 子然麻辣鸡, and 31. Cucumber Salad 凉拌黄瓜) were excellent tasting, with good sized portions! Although the 32. Spicy Chicken with Cumin 子然麻辣鸡 was listed as an appetizer, it actually eats like a dish. Because of this, my nearly perfect experience received a half star deduction due to the fact that rice does not come with this dish, which would have been a wise, and appreciated accompaniment with the dish.
