The 12. Lamb Korma Challow was delicious! The meatwas soft and perfectly seasoned. Would give five stars but the 09. Kamdesh Special House Salad did not come looking like thosand some of the lettuce not fresh and slimy.

The squash is amazing! I crave it. Together with the afghan salad is a delicious vegetarian meal. :) Will try the eggplant next! This is a special restaurant that you can't find just anywhere.

the 02. Beef Kabab (Kubideh) was amazing. I love the 08. Afghani Salad is so refreshing.

Great restaurant with amazing staff and delicious food. Wonderful place for authentically spiced cuisine. Add the green sauce for a bouquet of flavor. Add the orange sauce for intense spice. Oakland is blessed to have at least one place (Kamdesh) that does not cater to the bland western pallet.
