I order the chicken and tenders feast, side of nuggets, extra biscuits, and extra sides for a group of people. When my order arrived, I thought the bag was light but the dasher was gone. I was missing the tenders, the two sides and biscuits included in the price of the feast, but lots of sauce for no tenders. When I called KFC, rather than offer to send me the items missing KFC, told me to call Doordash. Now I have hungry people without sufficient food to feed everybody. Fortunately, my daughter was on her way home and stopped at Popeyes to pick up what was missing. Most of the dashers have checked to see if the order on the outside of the bag was complete. It should have been obvious to both the store and dasher that the bag couldn't have all items listed on the outside of the bag inside it.

We ordered a 12 peive 12 pc. Chicken Meal Our chosen sides were 1 Mac & Cheese and 2 Mashed potatoes & Gravy. We also ordered an additional Large Mac & Mac & Cheese We rec'd only 1 Mashed potatoes & gravy and 1 Mac & Cheese with our 12 piece 12 pc. Chicken Meal

I have never had a good experience with this particular KFC, I feel they should reevaluate their staffing decisions or consider selling their franchise. they do not care about the quality of the product or the customer. Dry overcooked crusty bits of what was once chicken. pretty sad
