Good time but one thing in the order was wrong. We ordered an original crunch twister combo but got the spicy. It was def not what I was expecting.

missing one of the wraps, and the other was just lettuce and chicken with a ton of sauce, it actually made the wrap soggy it fell apart in the bag, it was pretty much inedible. chips were cold, worst experience with KFC.

Every time ive ordered either products missing or it's not what I've ordered very disappointed not getting what u paid for considering the price would not recommend

First, the store didn't reach out when things were out of stock until after the order was meant to have already been delivered. Then they refused to cancel the order, telling me I had to cancel it and that I would get a refund, which the DoorDash site directly refutes after the order has been prepared. Then they convinced us to get alternative items, clarifying with us if spicy items were ok and we told them we could not eat spicy things, so that seemed fine, until every piece of chicken we ordered and was offered to us was all spicy! The only thing in this $40+ order we could eat was the Large Chips. The 3 Original Tenders and Original Crispy Fillet Pieces we got were all spicy and so were the duplicates we got as replacements of the 1 Piece of Chickens. I will not be ordering from here again.
