that was a very nice dinner. the chicken was hot and fresh and I love the fresh biscuit also. what happen to the parfa deserts?

16 pc. Chicken Meal was room temp, did not taste fresh.
Mashed potatoes and coleslaw were just ok . Gravy tasted plastic, biscuits were hard and oddly shaped. Cherry Pie Poppers were pretty good. To sum it up, with all the fees and driver tip it came to about $93 for a disappointing meal.

My chicken bowel was just mashed potatoes and gravy and 3 chicken nuggets. No corn no 3 cheese blend. Then they only gave me one drumstick when I ordered 3. Haven't had issues in awhile ordering on door dash but this was bad!

Quality has gone WAY downhill. The chicken was undercooked, stale biscuits - zero honey, sour Cole slaw and they even got the drinks wrong and zero ice in them.

The quality of the food has gone down in recent years
the 16 pc. Chicken Meal was over cooked and dry. the rolls are hard, non edible. for the price it is not acceptable. I won't buy it anymore
