Service was horrible. Missing items from order. I placed a mobile order and it should have been ready, somehow walking customers had their food and dearted before me.

the Nuggets were under cooked. the Chicken was over cooked. the fries were cold and soggy. the Cherry Pie Poppers were chewy with little to no chery. completely disappointed Fill Up Box...I have never had this kind of problem with KFC before. waste of money.

Paid extra 4.99 for side of Mashed Potatoes & Gravy.
When I arrid at home...... It was not included with my 12 pc. Chicken Meal.
Frustrated I now no longer have enough food for the group.
