First of all - ive never seen a HARD BOILED egg in ramen. It's supposed to be soft boiled and kind of gelly. The broth has no flavor. And the meat portion was skimpy (2 tiny slices) and it's a grayish color.

• DoorDash orderThe Kira Tonkotsu Ramen was SO DELICIOUS. Rich and flavorful with just the right amount of fillings, and it reheated perfectly after I stored the leftovers the same way I received the order (separate broth and contents). Unrelated to the food, the to-go bowl you get is so big and perfect for reusing, as a note for other folks who like to reduce waste when possible.
