Portions are much smaller than if you eat at the restaurant but the food is still delicious

Flavor is really good. The 川渝棒棒鸡 Chicken with House Special Chili Sauce was mostly bones and very little chicken. I basically order this everywhere I get sichuan and it felt even less than most other places. The 麻麻藤椒鱼 Fish in Peppercorn Broth was a little more oily than expected as well but the flavor was really nice.

Got the 招牌水煮鱼 Fish in Spicy Chili Broth and the fish was thin with a strange rubbery texture. Flavor didnt soak into fish. Sichuan 红油水饺suichuan Dumplings were not flavorful and meat was overcooked.

Barely half of the fish. I used to order there twice and it's a whole fish. Surprised by this quality downgrade.

Ordered the Chairman pork....very dry meat. Not my favorite. Even the rice that was sent did not seem fresh. Sorry, I'd love to have great food down here south of Irvine, but this place just isn't it
