this has to be the best sushi and miso soup I've ever tasted in my life. the soy sauce and Wasabi taste luxurious as well. Salmon Toro* is so fresh and clean

We've ordered from this place for years, it used to be very solid for the price. But they have clearly changed management and/or staff sometime in the last 3-4 months - quality is WAY downhill. Fish not as fresh, items prepared sloppily (rolls falling apart before arrival, etc), menu items/recipes have changed for the worse. It's a shame, and misleading to customers b/c the bulk of positive ratings are from before the changeover.

Many things were missing, which I understand. Ive gotten food from them before and enjoyed it and I dont mind when something is out of stock. However, the Ikura Gunkan (Salmon Roe)* was a big problem. I love ikura and eat it regularly. I've ordered it here before. Today, they put almost none of the actual ikura on it, less than half of the genkin, like a small sliver covered. The rest was covered by a cucumber slice to hide the fact that the rice was otherwise plain underneath. Previously the cucumber slice has been oresen but there's also been a normal amount of ikura on it. Thats really disappointing.

The tuna was mush, and not good at all. The seared salmon tasted like it was made this morning, and the only good thing was the sesame balls. Would never eat food from here again.

Honestly I cant believe they sent the "toro" like this but they did. It was bruised and full of blood spots and honestly inedible. The ground "toro" in the tiny hand roll also reaked the same way. The salmon was good and fresh but fatty in a good way, but it's wild anyone would send this out, even if they'd never seen raw tuna.
