My first attempt at using door dash has been absolutely awful. I ordered a 12 pk of Coke and a muffin from Kwik Trip. I wait and the tracking said my order was near so I went out on the deck to watch for them. While I'm standing there it changes to "dropped off". Accompanying it was a picture of somebody's door but it sure wasn't mine. Well I contact them through the help option and they issued credits to my door dash account. I tried to reorder right away and apparently the magical hour had passed because now I can't get it until 7 am in the morning. What abysmal service. The best part is they had offered me "free delivery on my first order" and now I have to pay shipping to fix their mistake. I won't be using door dash again. If I could've rated it ZERO I would have.
