I ordered Mini Chicken Katsu, but it didnt come with any sauce. There was an option to order "extra sauce" so this led me to believe I should receive initial sauce. I opted for noodles instead of rice, everything is very flavorful and I like it a lot, I wish I had sauce, though. I enjoyed their Garlic Edamame as well, good price for a decent portion. The Hawaiian Sun flavor I picked was tasty.

When I arrived to pick up my order, there was no one else in line andi saw that my order was ready and sitting near the register. There was one person working in the front. She ignored me while she refilled the Macaroni Salad and the other sides dishes. Then, she put together another order for pick up. It was quite a long wait before she greeted us and handed us our food. The service was bad but the food was worse. The Chicken Katsu was too hard to bite through, the Short Ribs didn't have the usual flavoring and there was literally 4 small pieces of bbq chicken in the combo. It was my first time at that particular L&L and it was definitely my last time.

While the BBQ Mixplate, Teriyaki Beef and Fried Shrimp Side (4pcs) were very well prepared and tasty, L&L forgot to include the requested flatware and the sauces for the meats. This issue occurs about half the time.

Delicious comfort food perfectly flavored, generous portion (2 item plate enough for two meals) loved how the Korean chicken sauce soaked the rice. Veggies were crisp not overdone, mac salad tasted homemade. Pork with cabbage was not dry.

Chicken Katsu tastes just like the one in Hawaii. So does the pasta salad. One order is enough to feed 2.
