Very good Breakfast Quesadillas and burritos very delicious

I have tried to give Laredo a chance three times. Fool me once, shame on them, fool me twice, shame on me. Thrice? Well, I'm leaving a poor review. The best part of my meal was the Coke Zero. That's probably because this particular store does not make it. The beef enchilada plate, which resembled a blob of cheese over the top, might as well have been one enchilada that couldn't find the tortillas. The taste is reminiscent of the old banquet enchilada dinners. It's not very good and poorly packaged. The rice- inedible. It was crunchy and burnt. The beans were a solid mass that was burnt and poorly packaged.
Now for the tacos. The chicken was rubbery, and the veggies were squishy—the ground beef taco, like the enchiladas, was a mess like a toddler had mashed its hands when making it. The tamales, as much as I wanted to like them, Dried out and crunchy. The previous two experiences varied but were similar in packaging and taste. I don't know if there is a lack of interest or if the employees are apathetic, but overall, the food presented is poor in quality for the price. I'm sorry, but burnt, poorly prepared, and packaged food is not for me. Best of luck, Laredo I hope you make some improvements.

Bacon & Egg Taco was pretty good. My only complaint is that I ordered a SIDE of the fried potatoes, & they put them ON the taco. I just picked them off (as shown in pic). They should also put pepper on the egg, I will put that in my order notes next time. For the people complaining saying it has no flavor... it tastes homemade. Which I happen to love. It is not salty or over-seasoned like a lot of places. I also put some of their green salsa on, which is delicious!

This place is terrible, they forgot all the meat in my fajita order, and send to takesn "oh-well" attitude about the whole thing, saying something no more meat and then switching up an attempting to blame the DoorDash driver.

Two out of six tacos were missing. and the ones that arrived were bland, too much egg, too little of the rest. salsas are extremely mild, they barely add any flavor.
