Hello, I did not receive the pizza with extra cheese, but a different one than the one I requested. And I have two amounts debited, one for $9.99 and another for $27.66. I don't understand, can you please explain it to me?

Pizza is always verygood at this location. However today the 2 Liter Pepsi was delivered to us at work - room temperature. For nearly $5 the Pepsi should be delivered cold for our lunch please.
