I've paid for extra sauces and they would be missing from my order. This has happened more than once and despite the food being good, stuff like that makes it disappointing - especially when you give an extra tip only to discover stuff was missing :/

The food is typically good, but they constantly forget to send the garlic cups I order which takes away from the pizza flavor. It has happened 4-5 times. Pay more attention to orders.
