• DoorDash orderEarlier today was the first time getting a Cabeza tacos from this place that I always go to and Iwas so blown away by the that literally did my first review on mlcajetes even thoughi alway go there for their asada chicken tacos, carne asada quesadillas, aguachiles and micheladas. Anyways, my first review says that next time I was going to order only Cabeza tacos because of how good they were and not even an hour later I ordered four. So here is a picture of my new favorite Cabeza taco.
They dont skimp on the meat as you can see and also as you can see the Cabeza is moist and doesnt have a lot of fat like most paces do who try to save money instead of giving you quality food. Tastes great and next time im in their restaurant location on north texas in Fairfield im going to pair them with a good michelada to make it a perfect meal!

• DoorDash orderThe Cabeza tacos are fire. I ordered one just to try it out because cabeza aint easy to make and most of the time it has hella fat and very little meat and then even if it has meat they arent seasoned right (and yea i may be sounding picky cause i grew up eating these in mexico) but othe than three small pieces of fat that i took out, the tacos were fire.
I usually order the Pollo tacos because they never skimp on the meat like chipotle does (just see the photo I uploaded) and they also taste like real pollo asado and not some wanna be stuff but after tasting the Cabeza tacos for the first time today, I might just switch to Cabeza as my go to order.
Next time I'm ordering a whole plate of cabeza tacos just so I can upload the picture to give them justice haha

• DoorDash orderReally not what I was expecting from a burrito. It was filling, well I had it since I spent $14 on it. it was very salty and not very flavorful, let's just say Taco Bell would've hit the spot better.....I really hope that they improve on this in the future
