The sizzling steak was drowning in grease. The bone marrow was not seared and the fat was st white. The Thai iced tea was very small size for $7.
Some of the quality is lost when packaged for delivery. The fried rice was very good and the short ribs were cooked well.

Normally it's pretty good but this time was pretty upset because for $7 the bone marrow today was extremely small, one tiny bite only. If you didn't have it available that's fine but you don't have to serve me such a tiny portion. In the past I've received a larger portion. There should have been 3 or 4 of these to make the portion the same. The bahn mi had no pate on the sandwich as you can see and it also lacked a crispy baguette, the best parts of a bahn mi. I enjoyed the bahn xeo but it usually has pork and shrimp, this one just has shrimp. I wanted to even write to put extra pate on the sandwich but they don't allow it here. The soup is ok but overall disappointed. I will think twice before ordering next time, which I'm not sure will happen for quite some time. Usually it's good but today the food is an insult.

This was my first time ordering from "Lua Vietneme Cuisine". I was a bit skeptical. I ordered the S8 Mi Xao - Egg Noodle Stir-Fry With Choice Of Beef, Seafood, Or Vegetables and A2 Cha Gio Chay - Vegetarian Spring Roll. The portion of the noodles was sufficient for 2 people. The noodles had a lot of Asian vegetables like broccoli and bok choy. We enjoyed the meal, we hope to order from them again!!

Food came cold which wasn't the fault of the restaurant but even so it was not tasty this time. Was looking for a dish with lemongrass which this claimed to be but it was lacking. Pork in the bun dac diet has a nice char to it but flavor isn't there. Nuoc cham sauce without fish sauce huh? That's different. Never seen that before... no herbs of course (a fingerprint size mint leaf doesn't count) and Bone Marrow was small this time. All I expect when I order something is that it's going to have the flavors and ingredients listed. Had reservations about ordering again here but wanted to try once more because it's one of the only restaurants with Bone Marrow on the menu. D1 Ca Phe Trung- Egg Coffee did not contain much coffee, the cup was about 1/8th coffee and the rest cream and egg.
