First couple times bought these were the best biggest roses. After that they got smaller and smaller very small. Could have bought at grocery store. Gave them a second chance after the first wasn't fresh. The second order roses are just basic roses like you can get for 12 @ the grocery store. Yet I paid 165$

Despite being a long-time customer of this shop with no previous issues, I must express my profound disappointment with my recent experience. I ordered a bouquet for my in-laws' anniversary, only to discover it hadn't been delivered as expected. Upon contacting the shop, I was informed that the delivery service failed to leave the bouquet due to purported unanswered calls and doors.
Normally, deliveries to my in-laws' condominium are effortlessly received by the front desk staff 24/7, making this incident particularly perplexing. While the bouquet was eventually delivered the next day, it was missing the special gold butterflies I had paid extra for, which held sentimental value to me.
The florist's response to this discrepancy was unsatisfactory; instead of acknowledging the mistake, they opted to substitute the missing butterflies with additional flowers without consulting me. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, they proposed delivering the plastic ornaments instead, an offer I found both inappropriate and insulting.
What ensued was even more disheartening. The florist's attempt to refund a paltry $2.89 (instead of the 3$ paid) after a $133 purchase including a $12 delivery fee, felt like an insult. When I declined the refund and returned it, the florist shifted blame onto my in-laws for not being available on the anniversary.

Regrettably, this experience has shattered my trust in this shop, and I caution others against entrusting them with surprise gifts or bouquets, as they may not meet expectations. As a once-loyal customer, I am deeply disappointed and will be seeking alternative florists in the future.
