Nice and fresh. I did not care for the pork strips in the 210. Chicken, Pork & Vegetables Chop Suey though, and they were tough. I prefer traditional chunks.
The Walnut 85. Walnut Crispy Shrimp was very good, but over priced. Shrimps should've been jumbo and more sauce.
Steamed 236. Steamed White Rice was delicate and perfect.

The Hot & Sour soup barely had any ingredients in it. Noticebly missing egg ribbons. It was 1/8 ingredients and the rest broth. Also, lacking flavor.
The beef chow mein had a sufficient amount of meat although the beef was rubbery, lacking vegetables though.

Best I'm gonna have in this area. Consistent and reliable; decent portions for the price, and honest heat. Most restaurants in the area seem to do gringo-level heat but your cooks never fail me
