Out of all the bagel places up here they rate my lowest. The bagels felt like the cheap Thomas bagels from grocery stores and the cost of them is far greater than other places. The wraps are just stuffed with egg, there is not meat in them. It's almost like when you are ordering a chicken dip or crab dip and places put all the fluff in that's how these bagels and wraps felt.

The Sliced Nova Lox & Cream Cheese bagel was soft, but it was particularly lacking on both cream cheese and lox, which is unfortunate because lox is what you pay extra for. The Frozen Caramel was good, but it would be better if they had secure packaging for food deliveries. It was left uncovered and on its own and had no straw either.

I paid extra for a pretzel bagel and received a plain bagel and they did not refund me the difference. Further $17 for literally 1 scoop of chicken salad is crazy.

the French toast bagel with honey almond cream cheese was phenomenal except that there was barely any cream cheese on there. they're hash brown was like mush. spinach and bacon croissant is good though
