California Roll was kind of sweet which was weird, but otherwise good. The Pink Lady Roll was delicious and I would get it again!

I order fairly regularly from Maya and have always enjoyed their sushi. Unfortunately on this take out order they missed the boat. I ordered a Poke salmon bowl which the menu describes as coming with salmon mixed with a garlic ponzu sauce. Instead of garlic ponzu the order was prepared with a super hot, super spicy sauce that left my mouth burning for like 15+ minutes after finishing it. If this had occurred during a dine in meal at the restaurant I definitely would have sent it back.
