the fires where ice cold and tasted like they've been left out all day. ordered a coke got a diet coke. the sandwich was very cold and the bun was super hard. not happy with how McDonald's has been. seems like there isn't any customer service any more and that's super sad.

Most of the time food is poorly assembled if you actually receive what you ordered and that is not often. Also anything deep fried is dark and burnt tasting. Bluffton McDonald's needs to do better. They were never like this before the new building was built.

only got 30 on my 40 pc. Chicken McNuggets®. also ordered a large Sprite® with no ice. they hit the fill button and didn't bother to fill the lack of ice space, had a good inch and a half of emptiness in my cup.

my steak egg and cheese look like a two year old threw it together it was such a mess you could hardly eat it kind of sad for an $11 sandwich
