This is my absolute favorite burger to order here!!! It is perfect everything about it is GENIUS!!!!!!!

Everything was stale, and the food was not properly heated, especially the fries. The chicken nuggets tasted like they were from the day before or left too long in the fryer. The bread on the burgers also stale. Everything just tasted like it was from the day before. Super disappointed.

I loved it, it was very fresh and it was set great into the bag, tho it was expensive. It was definitely worth it though.

Burger was a straight mess and so dry. You could tell the fries sat for at least 15 min so they were old and nasty.

constant and consistent mistakes with several orders.
just today they put lettuce on a McChicken® that had specifically been asked to have no lettuce
previously they've messed up other orders such as forgetting to add a drink and giving 3 cookies instead of 1 (I'll take free cookies but not in return for screwing something up) there was even one time where my deliverer had arrived to find the workers had "misplaced" the order and had to make them make it again. the mistakes seem to be more frequent at night but they continue to make them even throughout the day.
