ordered cookie pieces on both my husband and I's coffee. neither arrived with cookie pieces (that you pay extra for, mind you).
also, his caramel frappe was doused in chocolate sauce, no caramel to be seen. highly disappointed.

I've never gotten anything bad from McDonald's so today I went ahead and gave them a 5-star rating. Then, when I opened my order, my breakfast burritos were hard as a brick on both ends.

Double Quarter pounder was so dry and the patties were overcooked or they had been on the shelf too long . It was fed to our dog. Everything else was satisfactory.
