I ordered 20 nuggets and 3 fries, but only received 3 BBQ sauces and no ketchup—even though I selected to add ketchup. The nuggets were also overcooked and dry. Really disappointed with the quality and the missing items.

Received incorrect pie and it's not the first time order items were incorrect or incomplete, I understand it's busy at the shop but ordering online means you are not getting the food you want no matter how much refund they give (for the pie it was 60 cents). Very disappointing.

Why would they forget the hashbrown?! It's part of the combo meal I paid for! It was$14 for that small 3 items order! I can't eat my Mc muffin without the hashbrown aka too eggy! :(
