every time I order they forget more and more things, last time it was a burger now it's both drinks and my friends nuggets, like how?

My Chicken Nuggets were terrible, fries were dry and bland and they put cheese on my hamburger when i specifically put no cheese. will not order again

Orders have been fine in the past but they forgot my fries in my meal that I ordered...I understand mistakes happen...but like---how do you forget the main part of a meal?
