Paid for two large Mocha Frappé and was given two mediums in large cups, this happens a lot and it's very annoying especially with how much they charge for a large.

Once again I was given a medium Mocha Frappé in a large frappe cup but this time they also left out the hash brown from the Big Breakfast® which is 1/4 of the "big" breakfast.

This store is consistent, fast and accurate. Huge improvements in management and staff. Kudos you all, your hard work speaks for itself. The clown should be proud! West Side!
