love McDonald's. but fries taste differe here in Colorado Springs! coffee was too sweet.. still like it.

My husband and I haven't ordered burgers from McDonalds in quite some time. Wow we cannot believe what we received. Both sandwiches had ultra thin, dried out patties! The buns were also stale. My McDouble was thinner than a single burger and the Big Mac was no better. My burger has one slice of cheese, 2 pickles and barely any ketchup. The weight of the two burgers on the Big Mac has drastically decreased! Not sure which store this was from but thinking South Nevada COS. Absolutely deserve a refund. As they say "where's the beef" BTW fries were cold and we live 2 miles from the store.

Missing two packs of cookies kids were really disappointed. And one burger was severely charred and no onions just charred onions
