If youre going to charge for extra sauce on a Big Mac®, it should be on it. My Double Cheeseburger was also made incorrectly, instead of extra pickle there was none. The top cookie in the 13 Cookie Tote looked like it had a bite taken out of it. The French Fries were half cold and soggy, and the other half were so hard that they were inedible. I literally threw away that $5. Super unimpressed with this order. The delivery was the only good thing about it.

It was good. The only thing that I would change is the fact that they didn't ask what was a preference for a substitution. They just put something in, and it turned out to be something I don't like so I didn't et it. If something cannot be filled in the order, the store should reach out to determine the best substitute or to get you a refund for the product if no substitute is available.

My food is always cold when I order late from this location. A little upsettingsince it's more expensive through door dash. Wendys ad Burger King are always fresh and hot... why not Mcdonalds?

No ranch even though I paid extra. No straw. My drink was rolling around in the bag on its side. And my fries are half empty. This place specifically always messes up my order.
