I spent nearly 20$ for my door dash order and was disappointed. The bun was stale, and the fries were stale, old, and cold, and I was told I could not get a refund. I believe that is horrible management.

I literally order the same thing everytime so it's saved on the app. My order was incorrect this time, wanted only mayo, ketchup and cheese on my burger and it had onions mustard and pickles. Please do better
