The Quesadilla de Birria was soo cheesy and flavorful! Consume was 1000/10 and the salsa that came with was a perfect amount of spice to complement.

The Quesabirrias were not good... soggy. The broth to dip them in had no taste at all. The side order of rice was seemed to be mixed with some overcooked rice.
