The pretzel buns on New York Steakhouse Sandwich and Philly Cheesesteak are great. They are everything a pretzel bun should be. However, everything else was kind of disappointing. The fries aren't cooked evenly and they taste like they've been in the freezer a while. The Ball Bucket is pretty generic. Meat on the Philly Cheesesteak was pretty dry and onions on both sandwiches were not fully caramelized. This was our first time ordering and will probably be the last.

the deciding factor on ordering from here was the pretzel bread. my order did not have pretzel bread. instead it was some french bread or something. the sauce i ordered was also not included. prolly not gonna order from here again

I I ordered a Philly Cheesesteak on a Kaiser Bun but what I received was a flat squished white bun that was so flimsy every fell out. It was hot andthat was great but not atall what was show in the pitcher
