A constant complaint I've seen and agree with is that the fries could be fried longer (too soft) and the bun ends up soggy. If they could switch from foil, that circulates and traps heat moisture, to a box or paper wrapping, that would help the bun from becoming soggy. But flavor wise, on point!

I was surprised at how small the burgers looked 17$ for a combo meal and patty was very thin and lettuce was pretty beat up the fried onions was very small portioned. My friends meal came in wrong she selected lettuce and no tomatoes and they put tomatoes with no lettuce and nothing else.

I ordered a hamburger with an extra patty, both patties breaking and the second one was only a small piece of one. Bacon was cold as well. Fries were good

Ordered The Meatless Beast and it tasted good, except it was not as big as it looks in the store picture and it was very very cold, even though it did arrive in a very short period of time.
