The Biscuit & Gravy is amazing and that is coming from someone born and raised in the south. No question, best biscuits and gravy in Seattle. The biscuits alone are some of the best, but some other places with good biscuits have their own take on sausage gravy that's too far off from "traditional" southern white sausage gravy. This isn't quite perfect but it's close enough with their own twist that fits the southern style.

They did ignore one request that was pretty important - I didn't want to lose any yolk, so I asked for the egg to be medium-soft so it wasn't fully runny. I knew it would come in a compostable container that would soak up a fully runny egg yolk before I could eat it. That's exactly what happened - they did ignore my request, it was 100% soft-boiled, and I lost most of the beautiful runny egg yolk to the highly absorbant compostable container. :(
I can't rate them less than 4 stars, though, given that (1) they have delicious gluten free biscuits (a rare find), and (2) the food is really good. Yes, it's expensive, but you will definitely get your calorie's worth here, lol. Just skip if you're going low-carb, obviously! The Spanish Fly in particular is fantastic. I also got the biscuits and gravy with the chicken gravy and found it very good (although, if deciding between the two, definitely get the Spanish Fly.) The worker I spoke with said that the chicken gravy is actually slightly more flavorful than the pork one, which I appreciated knowing. I'd have never guessed it was chicken gravy, either - it was extremely rich and flavorful and what you'd expect from a thick, hearty, fatty southern gravy for biscuits.
I also tried a bit of the bacon jam. I guess I'm in the minority - I thought it was okay, but absolutely not something I'd order again. It did honestly kinda just taste like barbecue sauce once I thought about it. I appreciate them letting me pay for it for half price in order to test out a smaller container of it, though. My main complaint is really just the loss of the precious yolk. It would be one thing if I hadn't specified it being more like a medium cook to avoid that. :/
