Hot buttered cheese steaks were greasy. the Large Funnel Cake Fries were greasy and chewy and the caramel sauce was watery and had a burnt taste to it. I have been eating Mr Hero for 30+ years and have never been so disappointed with their food

This is the first time I have been disappointed in the Reg Cheddar Cheese Sauce and Reg Potato Waffers®. They tasted almost like sewer. I took one bite and threw them away. Very disappointed.
