I paid for a Romanburger® BTE but received a regular roman. Almost $20 for a sandwich for no reason. The food was good and fresh though.

I order BT E regular cheesesteak. BTE i thought meant more meat but it was not. It was just a regular cheesesteak. Usually they are so on point. What happened here?
