• DoorDash orderGot the fries for little kids - they felt like they were too spicy. Wasn't clear to me that the house seasoning was spicy. Otherwise they gave two thumbs up for the burgers - would just order the fries with no seasoning next time for the little ones

• DoorDash orderI ordered a double. Received single patty. The patty VERY small. It looked like a burger patty for the sliders. The fries were received cold and some were not completely cooked. Waste of money.

• DoorDash orderThe fries in particular tasted like frozen fries with an insane amount of cayenne pepper. Would not recommend. Chicken sandwich also had 2 tiny little tenders with very little actual chicken

I don't know if they changed owners but the food is completely different from over a year ago, the Nashville Hot Chicken Tender Sandwich is just 2 small tenders ona bun and the Karl's Deluxe is just awful, dont waste your money here go shop elsewhere.

• DoorDash orderAbsolutely disappointed, should have just gotten McDonald's. What appears to be a fresh smash burger is merely a frozen burnt pre pressed patty that some kitchen demon must eat half of at plating on a rock hard bun. I was amazed they were able to duplicate this phenomenon twice. Sad to say I will never eat here again. Even the fries were bad, old cold and most of them are fryer remnants that were swimming all night. I gave it one star because zero is not an option.
