The CHECKMATE ♟️the BFFThe CHOP SMOKE the checkmate was quite nice. chop smoke i liked even more actually. but the brisket in the BFF was dry. like very dry. wouldn't recommend that one. I'd probably just get the original Philly and the chop smoke if I did it again.
