• DoorDash orderthe sides are basically $10 per 3/4 pound. ox tails are drenched in sauce and too sweet. the shrimp only had 12 small pieces and burnt. Oxtails Fried Shrimp Potato Salad Mixed Greens Macaroni & Cheese

• DoorDash orderThe Mac and cheese was extremely chewy and the cheese was clumpy and had some small black pieces mixed in.
The candy yams were compl sma as if it was pie filling and TASTED like pie filling, superrrrrr sugar.
The chicken was not crispy at all not did the chicken look like itwas fried in fresh grease.
THE HOT SAUCE IS $4 dollars for a small cup and ididnt get the extra one I ordered. I will NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN.

• DoorDash reviewThis food was absolutely disgusting and tasted NOTHING like soul food. The mac and ‘cheese’ was overcooked, not cheesy at all, and covered in black pepper. The yams were burnt and overly sweet and mashed completely. The greens were okay, but they had no smoky flavor like real greens. The catfish nuggets were somehow both soggy and burnt at the same time—I don’t even know how that’s possible. The cornbread was hard as a rock and tasted freezer-burnt, just like the fish.

• DoorDash orderIt was a 5 star meal. The Oxtails were the best I have tasted in awihile from here. The Chicken Wings were cooked to perfection and very well seasoned. I have ordered these items before and it was not worth the money paid because the wings were overcooked and Oxtails not seasoned. After two months not ordering , I decided to try again. They redeemed themselves with me to order again in the future. Just hope this crew is working when I do. Well deserved 5 star meal.
