The Seafood Gumbo and Red Beans & Rice were really, really good...especially the gumbo considering it's a restaurant...full of flavor; shrimp, crab, crawfish, sausage...the roux was a little light but I get it, you have to feed the masses...GREAT JOB!

The bayou catfish was great. The fries are outstanding! We ordered boudin balls and red beans and rice the rice came with one boudin sausage. Loved the sausage. The kids catfish had more coating than fish..so I probably won't order that again..but overall a definite winner.

The vegetarian pasta was the best pasta I have ever had, the sauce is so flavorful and creamy. The gumbo was awesome as well, I don't like chicken so I picked that part out but I will definitely order again

The blackened Salmon was delicious! Moist and flavorful. The potatoes and asparagus were equally tasteful. Will definitely be ordering again.
