cookies was ice cold I wanted fresh and hot cookies . I feel as though they was already packed not fresh

These cookies were so under baked that you couldnt pick them up wit them falling apart. It was like trying to pick up warm dough. This a pretty poor repee of Nestle. This is the second time this has happened. My orders were several months apart.
