The Classic Lanzhou Beef Noodle Soup and scallion pancakes were delicious!! The spicy oil on the side for the soup was perfect (so deliciously hot, just as I was hoping for and remember from home cooking) and the soup's temperature was also perfectly hot even after bringing home!
I love the crispiness of the pancakes and only wish I could've enjoyed it dining in for an even crispier crisp.
So happy that Noodle Craft is just a 4 minute walk from my apartment! going to be picking up often

Best Braised Beef noodle soup, salt and pepper chicken, pan fried noodles...everything here is awesome and made to order!! Excellent food, staff and service!

Local eats in LIC keep getting better thanks to restaurants like Noodle Craft. The cold noodles with shredded chicken was refreshing, adequately spiced, and very tasty.

Delicious! Best in the area by far. I have ordered the Shanghai cold dry noodles at least a dozen times here and it's always been great. The sticky rice is also moist and delicious.
