The Miso soup I ordered, the lid was half open and the soup fell into the bag. Which then led to the bowl being soggy. This used to not be a problem, the lids were always very tightly closed, but in the past two months, the lids look half open and each time it is a mess.

Pokerrito was great as was the bowl but there was no miso in the miso. Literally hot water and tofu and seaweed.
