The packaging was dirty, the fried potato ball was burnt, black, and extremly hard, and the sandwich was plain and had zero flavor. I will not be back. Whoever made the meal did not care.

We have ordered from here before and have never had any issues. In fact, the only issue with today's order is the 'chips'. The description clearly said chips with dip. I should have suspected something was up when it would not let me choose the dip I wanted. What arrived with my order was the basic 1-ounce size of plain Lays potato chips (yellow package) with no dip, no notes and no call explaining that the only chips available was a bag of chips that you can buy at the store for .25 cents. Fool me once, shame on me - you won't fool me again.

Wow! I am always nervous to try a Cuban sandwich because I've never had one that I loved before. This place changed my mind! What a wonderful Cuban sandwich, I will be returning to try more items! Thank you. :)
