I am fairly certain my dad stole this recipe for Jalapeno Gnocchi with vodka sauce and I am sure glad he did because it was always my favorite meal to make and enjoy together. Now I can order up my most comforting food anytime. So grateful!

Chicken Parmigiana
I was not impressed. Chicken was way too thick. It was 2 whole chicken breast. Did not take time to pound for proper Chicken Parmigiana sauce tasted like raw tomato paste with garlic.
