The meat tender; cheese fried just right. The salad juice delicious & the "gallo pinto" reminded me of grandma's cooking.

I love mondongo Mondongo Beef Tripe Soup and i love oye Managua but today's batch of soup was salty and the vegetables super hard. I was extremely disappointed. And I was craving it so bad.

The Mondongo Beef Tripe Soup was delicious, full of fresh vegetables and a homemade flavor. The rice, salad, and encurtido were equally delicious.
