This place is it!!! You can taste the quality of everything from the b&b pickles to the caramelized onions. The Grilled Smash is 100000% the way to go. Perfectly toasted bun with a lacey smashed pattie is unbeatable. Cooking everything in beef tallow makes an insane difference. The burger isn't greasy at all and the flavor is unreal. I usually do 2 single smashes and it's the perfect amount of food.

Burger is good. Fries were under cooked and cold. No effort was made to try to keep the fries warm. I got my order to go. The fries were packaged in a container that did not have a lid nor were they covered in aluminum foil. Disappointing to say the least.
